Given that the seats are not actually leather, is it best not to use leather cleaner on them and certainly not leather feed? What do people use to keep them clean , fresh and supple?

The first day I had my Mach-E GTPE I reached into the back seat and heard a *POP* on the little "shoulder wing" (not sure what else to call it) on my driver's seat... This part: Ever since then (2 months later) it makes an annoying ~creaking~ noise if you lean on that part at all, even affects...
