My side mirrors won't adjust up/down, even though sideways left/right works just fine. It's the same on both sides. Any idea on what the problem could be?

1. My Mach E 2022 still has the OLD interface....how do I get the new interface (see photos) 2. My side mirrors will not fold and there is no MIRROR option on my list of options where it should be. How can I fix this?

I have gone into the menu and turn off the fold mirrors when lock. It works once but when I go back to the car later, it folds when the car is locked. The setting turns the fold when locked back on. Anyone else have this issue? Or have a solution?

Has anyone experienced condensation/water building up in the turn signal indicator light on the side mirrors? After washing our MME, we noticed condensation had build up inside the turn light on the driver side mirror. I don’t see any cracks or damages to the light assembly. I’m guessing this...
