snow cables

Hi all, i put snow chains during the Tahoe snow storm and after washing the car, I noticed the cables scratched my rims. It’s not a deep scratch. It’s more of a top layer Grace. It seems like I can polish it off, but wanted to get some advice from y’all. Anybody ever deal with this?
