sync lock-up

Once again the Mach-E Navigation Locked-Up and would not cancel the route. While parked I turned the the car off and opened the door. The problem did not resolve. I did a sync reset boot by holding down the volume and the skip button at the same time. The navigation then worked. I am not sure...
