Hi, I recently had my windshield replaced, it was cracking. After a few days I used the windshield wipers and noticed that they start higher and they reach the peak of their arc over the edge of the windshield. How can I adjust them to start lottery and end before the edge is the windshield...

Over the last week or two, my rear window has not been dispensing washer fluid. There is fluid in the car, and the front windshield washer works perfectly. Anyone had this happen? If so, what did you do? The front and rear wipers both share the same reservoir, right?
