Nope. Scheduling just means, on 9/22 (per the document) they’ll begin scheduling MY23 production for sometime in November.

2022MY production will conclude with build week 10/24. (All these units have been scheduled already and unscheduled 2022MY units were to be offered conversion of their order to 2023MY.) Model year 2023 production will begin in November with assembly of MME units that were scheduled starting 9/22. Two batches (scheduled for build weeks 9/5 and 9/12) 8071 & 8156 are currently being assembled. Your assumption is correct.

Means nothing to you. Your car was scheduled for production a month or more ago, and a VIN assigned.

It means that that week, they start scheduling 2023MY Mach-E's to be built in November or December. VINs are assigned at the same time.
