It means that next thursday that Ford will be scheduling for build weeks. 5/2 thru 5/23. If you took over an order, you dealer is the best to provide you information. What does this mean? I sold my California and took over some1's order is there a way I can find out where I'm at? My dealer has no information except that it was 6 weeks out when I put my deposit in.
Not much. It just means you can roll the dice again, and dream of your number this time. What does this mean? I sold my California and took over some1's order is there a way I can find out where I'm at? My dealer has no information except that it was 6 weeks out when I put my deposit in.
The latest build/order sheet did confirm that job 2 will start in May. In theory, this would mean that those cars may have small improvements and refinements compared to job 1. Although those changes may just be for Ford to improve manufacturing and not something noticeable to the consumer. For now, only Ford knows the differences between the two cars.Thank you. I’ve been waiting for confirmation of this.
I saw somewhere that May builds represent the start of Job 2 of ‘22 builds. Is this accurate and what exactly (practically) does it mean?
A VIN will be available, when the vehicle has been scheduled for production. A “Window Sticker” will be available as well. What info am I asking for bc I know there isn't a vin until it's about to ship or something like that I've read that here lol
Can you explain Job 1 and Job 2?
Not exactly. I just got my VIN the other day and I am not able to generate a window sticker yet.A VIN will be available, when the vehicle has been scheduled for production. A “Window Sticker” will be available as well.
