I think the scheduling ( 1 month+ out) is a separate process from the batching/rebatching (1 week out). Scheduling is what gives you your initial week of production on the Ford site.Going to say rebatch 5027 will be done during this week, at least I hope that is the case.
What is rebatching?Going to say rebatch 5027 will be done during this week, at least I hope that is the case.
Folks in the 3/7 and 3/14 build weeks got initial window stickers indicating they had ParkAssist on their cars and then later on in the production process (after going on a relatively brief chip hold) new window stickers with new batch numbers were generated-- this time with ParkAssist removed. It seems like the change may be unclogging the production delays at the factory, but time will tell. What is rebatching?
If my theory is correct that scheduling takes place at the plant, not Dearborn, and Mexico City is currently two hours behind EDT, may be too early to lose hope.Nothing yet seems too quiet on here today.
We should still be able to see an update with in our account on Ford.com, that is if the order was placed online. There is also a report in a different thread that Ford has a new system that won't publish productions dates until the order is only 2 weeks out. This would push any May productions until 15 April at the earliest.
Well that's interesting... Don't know if that's good or bad. There is also a report in a different thread that Ford has a new system that won't publish productions dates until the order is only 2 weeks out. This would push any May productions until 15 April at the earliest.
