01/03/22 Build Week Chat

I know, it's bloody next year. But suddenly today is December and MY22 first build week doesn't look that far away. But delivery in, say, mid-February still looks far away.

I'm in the 1/3 club too... but... Blue Oval Forums says the plant is scheduled to be down weeks of 12/27 and 1/3, so I'm bracing for another date change. (I was 12/13, then 12/20, now 1/3.)

Same dates for my 8-25-21 order. I saw that Blue Oval post and am thinking the same about slippage. But maybe our cars will be built on that Friday lol.

Ordered ‘21 Grabber Blue GT PE at dealer on 8/6 converted to MY22 , projected build 12/13, then 12/20, then 11/15 (go figure on that one) and no been settled on 1/3/22.
I’m hoping but not holding my breath that I don’t see another push from Ford in my inbox.

Grabber Blue Premium Extebnded Range , Had same build dates which moved.
I am in Miami, we should meet up with our cars mid February when they arrive....

Was at the dealer Tuesday and the manager informed me that my GTPE production start date is set for 1/6. No email or changes on the Ford tracking page (yet).

Ford still indicating production build week of 1/3 for me (ordered 8/2/21) but maybe another week delay for hangover recovery wouldn't be so bad....

Mine is not at that status, will check my normal intervals (like evey 20 minutes!!) This is getting real.. Maybe its time to sell my car. I go away last 10 days of January so thinking of selling my car before i go away. Surely we will have our cars early to mid February.

I'm in! Ordered 7/10/21. Iconic silver, Premium EX RWD. Current production date 1/3/22 changed from 12/13 to 12/20. Now Iced Blue. I check about every 20 minutes too . For me the wait has been fun, I don't "need" the car until April. And my wife would have become very angry if it came "too early." Seems like whenever I buy a boat or car she gets angry....

My over/under is 2nd or 3rd week of February. My analysis of delivery times to Florida dealers indicate average of 42 days from built date.
