FordPass is where you activate the car. Imagine the uproar if hundreds or thousands of people clicked on things in an email and activated their 2 and 3 year subscriptions, plus their 3 month Sirius trial, without realizing it. That contrasts with the people who do it in the app so they can attempt to track every foot that their vehicle travels before they actually own it...

Having not received the email, I can't tell you what you're personalizing, but I can assure you that you're not setting diddly squat in a car you don't yet own.

Also, if you think you're going to put your photo in the car, good luck with that. We've owned ours for 6 1/2 months and haven't found that to work.

You set home addresses in the car, in the nav. Of course you really want to set that near your house, not at your house, for security reasons.
