I'm hopefully right behind you Bullitt! Will be on a train heading north soon. The tracker is now showing that my car has shipped already! Batch 6103. They’re moving fast on mine finally haha. Like a 24 hour turnaround from production to shipping!
Yeah, I hear you.I am so miffed right now with Ford. I can't believe my luck with this f***ing car.
Order to delivery will be 12 months and now I may have to wait another who knows how long to actually pick my car up?
I've already installed the damn home charger, already sold my car (borrowing a car from a friend for now but that was only supposed to last 3 weeks, not 3 months!), sold a motorcycle to also get more cash for the payment...
All for my car to literally be built on the last day before this recall was fixed? I think this is just a sign I was not meant to have this car....
Any chance I can have the dealer buy out my reservation for a few k considering they will mark up the car at least 10k when they get it?
Do you have modules showing here:I'm not sure how to interpret the various information sources I have to determine the status of my MME:
From the Ford tacking site today:

From the dealer:

And the window sticker that I pulled this morning is dated today.
Thoughts?
Yes, I had modules on May 28th.Do you have modules showing here:

Most of us have been stuck in production for a few weeks, then this morning I had modules and looks like things started to move forward after that.
Your in production date should update after you have modules, at least mine and a few others did.
Recall parts? The news outlets today reported that the recall would be resolved by an over the air software update. Is there more to this recall than what I’ve been reading in the news?It is good to see production is moving again. Hope Ford can get the Recall parts quickly and fix all those MMes others have bought.
The dealer bulletin reads:Recall parts? The news outlets today reported that the recall would be resolved by an over the air software update. Is there more to this recall than what I’ve been reading in the news?
Very misleading…The dealer bulletin reads:
"DO NOT DEMONSTRATE OR DELIVER any new in-stock vehicles involved in this safety recall. A complete Dealer Bulletin will be provided to dealers in the 3rd quarter of 2022 when it is anticipated that software and/or PARTS ordering information and repair instructions will be available to support this safety recall."
It has been confirmed that there is a new part number for the HVBJB, but it is still to be determined if the recall will involve replacing this part in any of the affected MME's.
Why is his statement misleading when it comes from the direct source and the CNBC article quotes a spokesman which may or may not be his exact words. I find your info a little misleading.Very misleading…

Deep said the company's remedy will include a software update to the vehicle's "Secondary On-Board Diagnostic Control Module and Battery Energy Control Module." It will be conducted remotely, or over-the-air.
