My Space White Metallic Select RWD SR is now officially scheduled for build. The order was submitted 03/02/2022. Here's hoping there is no more build date shuffling for this car!

My 7/4 build week vanilla (actually Space White Metallic) basic Select/RWD/SR with no options has been showing PCM and BCE modules since Monday. Ford Service says it is in the trim build phase. Should I see more modules before it's finished?

Finally got built and was shipped. Hoping to see mid-August

Finally built ! Shipped last week, estimated delivery 8/15 - 8/21…..

Our daily driver is toast after getting T (really Y) boned. Turning left on a quiet 2 lane highway and driver behind decided to pass us at the same time. I'm a new huge fan of side curtain airbags, two of us and zero injury - a few tweaks to the equation would have been far worse. So now, the urgency to get the new car is heightened, and our backup vehicle is out of the picture, which is a huge bummer in the case of brickness. Slated to arrive in CO at our dealer next week, but still in Lecheria, so I think the schedule is somewhat optimistic.

I suppose if this happened in the Mach E, its fancy collision avoidance mechanisms would have vaporized the offending vehicle with a laser cannon or the like... or set off a bunch of lights and buzzers and scared the bejeezus out of us immediately before the collision...
