Glad you figured it out. This is the first EV that I am aware of that even offers the ability to turn off the electric heater. It is nice that we have that choice but it does present the possibility of creating the condition that you experienced.

Maybe it would be helpful if the system was clever enough to recognize the user is asking for more and more temp increases and E-Heat is turned off then maybe it can produce an alert message saying that E-Heat is being turned on with an "OK" button to touch to make the message go away.
