10/24 Build date

No, it says 2022. Also, it started production 10/27 so a built date of 11/19 sure seems like a long time. I'm going to check with the chat today to see what they say.

EDIT: Yeah they confirmed the same dates.

Sorry about this, it's really egregious. Some of us in the first batch of '23s are experiencing strange delays but nothing like this!

I checked with Ford chat and I’m still on Ramp 6R but I don’t know if it’s just because the Ford tracker app hasn’t updated or if it’s because I haven’t moved. I guess we’ll see when it lands on the CP train.

Did you ask ford chat when that Ramp 6R status was last updated?
Ford.com or Ford.ca chat?

From what I have gathered from other threads, it seems that even if the car leaves Richard-Gebaur the last know location should still stay there until the next status updates which is usually the last stop before your dealership. (Depending if your method of transport from KC - Dealership is by train or convoy)

This basically means if you're talking to a ford canada agents or a less forthcoming ford usa agents that isn't sharing details, you would just be stuck on "Richard-Gebaur Ramp 6*" till pretty much the very end.

The secondary status would be able to tell you if it the car was received by next carrier as well as rail car number in our cases. (Canadian delivery with CP Rail)

My mach-e was handed off to CP Rail on the 18th, I was able to get the railcar # from ford usa chat agent. I have been having a lot of fun tracking it in details using the automated phone tracking system. This would be a very cool little project if you have kids and have a physical map lying around you have them trace the route on it.

Only your dealership can see Vin view and set you up to get phone alerts. Vinview is more accurate then what ford chat can see. Funny how it does show my car available for delivery on Christmas day...

Now in East Decatur, IL, by my railcar number. Getting close to the Chicago area.

Looking at maps, seems like the question now is whether this train will go entirely on NS rails (in which case it has to go to Wabash, IN, before tracking back NW to Chicago), or use the trackage rights it has on other lines (in which case it will shortly turn north).

Anyone know which Chicago terminal (NS has 4 of them here) is the one where these cars get dropped off and put on trucks?

I checked the location for fun and it said arrived Chicago which seems impossible. And it also said Jan 19.... So something odd there. I likely did something wrong.

Ya-hoo! Ford Chat says my MME was delivered to my dealer in St. Louis this morning at 9:30am...but no word for the dealer.

I texted my salesperson at 4:00pm and he said he "just got it serviced". I asked when I could pick it up but no reply yet ?

I am waiting delivery in STL as well on my MME in 11/7 batch. How long did it take to get from the factory to delivery? Mine is currently at the Mexico Border. I wonder how long it will sit in KC before hitching a ride on truck on I-70. I am showing one of the quicker deliveries in my batch with delivery supposedly next week.

Mine was built on 10/25, got to Laredo, TX on 11/4, KC on 11/11, and to Bommarito Ford in Hazelwood on 11/18.

Those dates (other than the 11/18 one) are approximate because I only checked on Fridays.
