Wow, I got mine in April and it’s approaching 19k miles

Yeah got ours last March and going to hit 20k at minimum by then. Never put so many miles on a car so quick!

Wow, I got mine in April and it’s approaching 19k miles

Several factors explain the usage. There aren't many places to go where we live and the places we go to are nearby; we also have a Rav4, and my wife no longer drives; and range anxiety. The only distance driving we do is to Orlando once or twice a year and I'm just not ready to take the Mach-E.

Got mine in ‘arch 2022 and have 13k miles

Today received pre collision assist not available alert and all it does is keep beeping

Driving me nuts, can’t turn it off

I am 1200 miles from home and will have to bring it in to a local dealership . I wonder how long and what to about a rental or loaner

Biggest fear come true. A problem away from home

I will check local dealership and see if they can take me right away. Ha

Tried that several times to no avail.
any and all thoughts short of a hammer to bang the shit out of the front screen would be appreciated.

I tried wiping the grill where I think the front camera is, didn’t work either

What’s sad is I’ve never done a distance trip either. In fact, it’s never been to a public charger; but my daily commute is between 70 and 100 miles depending on school schedules

I’ve done four 1000 mile trips. Numerous fast charges. 10k on my Mache. I have enjoyed ever drive.
I had the dealer do the two recalls. All the other updates were done by me via FDRS or OTA’s.

Brought my car into Grieco Ford in Delray for the “pre collision assist not available” alert.

I did not have an appointment and was there at 6:30 am. They open at 7

they tried cleaning the window, didn’t help. Maybe clearing some codes will help.

they are keeping the car and surprisingly gave me a loaner. I am grateful for that.

they said there was an open recall on the HVAC system but I thought that was handled OTA, 3.6.1?

anyway they have the car, should I be calling BEV team anyway?

I called BEV team and he asked if I needed transportation, which I didn’t since the dealership gave me a loaner

but he said there was nothing else he could do, It’s all in the dealerships hands right now.

I said it’s a known issue but he responded, dealership has to handle.

the dealership told me they have sold many Mach e’s so I hope they know what they are doing.

considering a lot of what I read about getting appointments I thought they would not take the car, so I am happy for the moment.

Got 3.6.2 Friday. It was stuck due to me master resetting while it was downloading it I assume.

As I mentioned before I called the BEV team and they said they can do nothing since at dealer.

I PM‘d Ford as per above and after a few messages I received a phone call from a case manager who has contacted the dealer.

although dealer hasn’t done anything yet the case manager, Jessica said they will have Ford engineers work with dealer if needed.

very positive so far. Hopefully they can fix the issue.
