I have recently experienced the same problem that is being reported here on the forum, namely that after an OTA update, charging location and times are gone and I am unable to get them back following standard methods. Taking the excellent advice given by forum members, namely Mach-Lee, I did a 12V reset and the problem was corrected. Here is my question, when I tried to setup the new location (home) it would not allow it with a pop up that it already existed, even though it was still not visible after the reset. Any insight as to why It was still in “memory” but not available?
I can’t pinpoint which update it was on my 2023 as they came in fast and furious over a couple of days.
Thanks for the excellent help by all the members of this forum. I dread the thought of ever bringing my car to the dealer and I have once again avoided that.
