Hell everyone. Opened up the FordPass app just now and got the fine print that usually comes with an update. Problem I’m having is that when I press I accept I get an error that the app is unavailable.... anyone else?

My app is not working at all after about 11am CST. It worked thismorning now I can't see anything in my vehicles tab - not even for my other vehicles.

Also the last FordPass app updated was on March 4th. You're just experiencing the bug others have where it pops that up randomly.

Yep. I get the same thing. I’m assuming it’s just Ford trying to block my from any official Mustang Mach E information.

Just started happening today. It worked fine yesterday.

I’m having trouble authenticating with the website. Seems like that may be two symptoms of the same problem.

Yeah this happened to me before (though when I didn't have my car). It fixed itself within a day (likely an issue on Ford's end)

Yup - I tried after reading these posts and same - I see the long message with accept button and nothing happens - see the same message the OP.

We are having some issues with Azure services at work. Its possible Ford is affected by this as well

Was having the same issue with FordPass along with issues with the official Ford website for about 10-15 minutes. It seems all be working for me now.

Large nation-state backed hacking efforts have seen significant upticks in the past week or so (looking specifically at you, China and Russia). Targeting large companies and government entities especially.
(Edit: fwiw - can't login at ford.com, owner.ford.com, or on the Android FordPass app. The only message being in FordPass, and "not responding" leads me to believe that it's probably some form of Denial of Service attack targeting common login servers. But I don't work for Ford, so it's just best guess)
EDITAGAIN - Azure is having an outage, which is in turn causing this issue
