Ford should really stop putting dates on these things. I know people like to see a time frame, but I can't think of a single announced date for any update that Ford has actually met. Publishing dates and not meeting them is worse than just saying "coming soon".

Well... Technically the announcement did say the rollout would "start" by the end of Q1... So technically they just have to hit one person

Just make sure you install the IPC update first and then check for updates again because I bet the newer version of the APIM will become available after the IPC is updated.

Just done my IPC but no APIM update for me. I’m in the UK though. 1.7.1 is my current version, although received 2.1.0 OTA and failed 2.3.0

I still don't have the orange snowflake with the new IPC update. I kinda hope that Job 1 cars never get it. I can tell when it's cold outside without an extra icon to tell me.

I did the IPC and APIM updates this morning. Both were sucessful. I got this display after updating the IPC. I am overjoyed to have the tenths of miles back!

I've never heard anyone mention that functionality. I'm pretty sure it's just a light to alert the driver that it's cold outside so the roads may be icy. In other words, useless when you live in a climate that's cold for half the year. At least it doesn't make a noise like a lot other car brands do.
