Wild pigs in Florida, were you driving in Sumter County?
No, Okeechobee. My wife hid to fully grown pigs on separate occasions a couple years ago on the way to Lake Placid. But it was a Ford Expedition and we had a rig on the front of it the tow it behind the motorhome show that took some of the damage it was only like $1,500. I'm afraid they're going to find a lot more when they get to the body shop and take it apart.

Just hit 20,000 miles today. Best car ever, and several people who saw and drove ours now have Mach E's of their own.

There are occasional glitches in this computer on wheels. Sometimes PaaK doesn't work. Sometimes the audio goes silent and needs to be reset. I've gotten pretty good at opening the cover in the frunk and disconnecting the power - wish there were a way to reboot the car as a menu option, or by holding down the Start/Stop button.

Welcome to the 20k club! I just had my 20k service done. while they were replacing the HVBJB. I'm still very much in love with my car. I do have to say, my confidence is a little shaken due to the failure, but I'm not giving her up for anything!
Did you do a lot of Level 3 CCS charging before the HVBJB went?

I figured I would give an update on our 2021 Premium Extended Range AWD. My wife drives 80 miles a day for her commute to work across rural NY.

Ordered December 23, 2020, picked up from dealer in middle of July 2021. Just passed 20,500 miles and there is really nothing to report.

Did the glass recall in February, no complaints.
Ever since the dealer updates in Feb, PaaK has actually worked like a key fob.
Gas here has been at $4.30 a gallon for months, electricity here is 8.9 cents a kwh, no brainer in the $$$ department.

Range in depths of winter drops to about 160-180 miles.

Nothing else to really report, figured since most of the time people only post issues, wanted to report literally no issues. Best car I have ever owned.
This is an awesome update.

Yes, I do it all the time, because I don't have a 220 to charge at. If this is going to be an on going issue, I will unfortunately have to give up my car and go with a chevy bolt.. ewwww. But they don't seem to have any issue charging with DCFC

Essentially the same for me. Got my 2021 Premium Extended Range RWD in February 2021, and it now has well over 20K miles. Almost no issues, basically brought the car in for recalls or updates that could only be done by bringing it in to a service center. Both my wife and I agree that it’s our favorite car… and it’s our only car.

Just picked up my car and it is good to see such a post that addresses some of the anxiety... In the 1 week I have driven this car, it is fun to drive

Those of you at 20K+, how are your tires wearing? I'm at 12.3K, delivered 2/2021; already between 3 and 4/32-rotated 6 months ago. Will need to replace all four before the rainy monsoon season starts. We have pretty bad roads here in town, combined with hot weather in AZ and my driving style, I guess.

Ray
Select, Std Range, RWD.

Mine seem to be wearing surprisingly well. I should have at least 10 more K on them if not 15

My 2022 MME Premium AWD ER is set to arrive between 05/21-27 (ordered June 2021). Thank you for posting. I've been all over reviews for months and the general consensus is the Mach E is a solid car (not just EV). I only commute 24 miles a day in NH (good quality roads in my area). Looking forward to the EV experience (two co-works love their Teslas).

My wife drives 80 miles a day also in rural
NJ/PA. We bought the car for basically the same reason as you so glad to hear it working well. We've had it two weeks and no complaints yet either.

Going to take it on a road trip next month camping. Considering most camp grounds have a 50amp service I'm going to charge it on the sites with the included charger....

Also anyone have recommendations for a dog seat cover hammock thing?
Here's the dog seat cover I purchased in June, 2021, about 2 days after picking up my car. It works great.

But it charges super slow. What about the Ioniq 5 or EV6?

Similar for mine. We just passed 19,000 miles today. Over 12,000 of those have been road trips thru CO/UT/NV/CA/AZ/NM.

There's quirks to be sure, and some annoyances, but mostly all minor. No car is 100%. But I'd say this one is 90% great. So quiet and comfortable, so fast and powerful, so fun, so cool. And it's a great road-tripper.
