After several delays including figuring out the fitment, MRR not shipping the centering rings, I finally got the FS06's put on yesterday and put 200 miles on them.

I LOVE THEM!!!! The Mustang is a completely different car. In a GREAT way in my opinion...

I thought the Mustang drove and handled great for what it was, a Crossover/SUV. With the MRR's and the Michelin Pilot Sport 4S's, it feels and handles a lot more like a Mustang. The SUViness is gone!!! The tire and wheel combo has "stiffened" things up and taken some of the SUV "bounciness" we have all felt out of the ride.

I drove the same stretch of uneven crappy MN highway where the frequency of the car would be slightly off and "bounce" through it. The new set-up "thuds" through it like a performance suspension does. You could tell the rebound on the wheels has changed.

The slight roll I felt corning has been dissipated so dramatically it's almost gone. Everything on the car is way tighter!!! It feels like the suspension likes the wheels better than the OE's combo.

After I get some more miles on them and having some of my buddies that know the intricacies of ride dynamics better than I do, I'll report back with some better feedback and picks.

Glad you are happy with your mods!
We bought the MME instead of a Model Y because we didn’t want it quite as stiff, and it’s really really good as it is… so clearly to each his own!
Motor on!

Awesome report!

How much do you think that is due to changing from 225/19s to 245/20s?

Great point.... I really like the ride with the OE wheels also. This is just different.

I agree with the Stiffness of the Tesla's. I have driven several Tesla's with and without aftermarket wheels on them. They all feel the same. Kind of "Go-Carty" stiff to me.

With this wheel combo you can feel and hear the impact the wheel set-up has on the vehicle suspension, which is how a suspension should work. It shouldn't be monolithic across all wheel set-ups.

It for sure may not be for some people. I had to turn Classic Rewind on Sirius XM up from 12 to 13 with the volume control knob to compensate for the new tires...

I will let you know next week after my buddy drives it, he will know for sure.

It felt like the 19's had a little more rolling on the edge to them than the 20's...

Looks good as a summer option, if I ever get to that point. Have you seen any range impact so far?

They look great! Of course, everyone wants to know if you have noticed range impact. I think there should definitely be a highway range impact. Did you find out how much they weigh? I assume you got 20 x 8.5, right?

Nice wheels, and 20s really give the car a different look!!!
How much of a ding in your wallet for the wheels?

Have you thought about designing a low weight rim that has low ventilation and aerodynamic resistance?

And also, I'm wondering if it affects the speedo and range calculator?
