At the 5:50 mark is the start of the "Biggest Surprise" Category and by 7 minute mark he starts talking about the Mustang Mach-E.
He's very impressed and hopeful about the Mach-E.

The whole video is good to watch by the way.

Enjoy!

And really, to have it with the McLaren P1 GTR, is really an Apples to Saturn 5 Rocket comparison, so for me (a bit of bias obviously), I may have had the Mach-E as the winner of the actual award and maybe the P1 as a sub-category of Biggest Surprise, since it's not a Common Man type of car like the Mach-E.
But cool nonetheless. 😎

Yep, he says it over and over. How the mache shocked him and he was amazed how well ford hit it out of the park. Comparing it to something with an exotic price tag is a big win.
really he gave props to many different ford products which are good.

I had a 2000 Pontiac Montana. Had built in drop down screen and VHS player. First minivan to seat eight and very configurable. Loved it. The Silhouette looked like a hand-held dustbuster but was very cool.

I am still waiting for the most famous car award to be given to the Ford Mustang Mach-E, which is the Motor Trend's 2021 Car of the Year Award.

I want to see the Golden Caliper on the Mach-E hood!

Given the choice, I'll take 60 Mach Es over one McLaren P1 GTR.
