Ford recently filed a VIN Decoder with info on various models including the 2021 Mach-E Mustang.

This will be helpful to decipher if the VIN on any given Mach-E (new or used) accurately matches the listed engine, trim, drivetrain, battery, etc.

I wonder why there isnt a Kxx sequence designated for RHD models? Do vehicles in UK have a whole different VIN?

Seems odd to have a code for Restraint System Category in the VIN.....when did that become a thing

The VIN decoder information is provided through NHTSA and only includes data applicable to vehicles sold in the U.S.

So if I read this correctly, there will be no difference in VIN between a FE and premium AWD ER.
FE should be 3FMTK3SU*MMA*****.

@Administrator @ChasingCoral @trutolife27 this VIN decoder isn't correct for Europe.
I received a part of my VIN (only last 11 characters) and digit 5/6/7 are different for Europe.
part of my vin = xxxxxxEM1MMA12345

1/2/3/4 = 3FMT
5/6/7 = xxE
8/9/10/11 = M1MM
12-17 = A12345

I was expecting that. The model designations in Europe are different plus some are RHD so there should be a VIN decoding chart for the overseas models somewhere....
