Potential delays of the GT until late next year and the ability to flat tow a Rivian behind my RV are giving me serious second thoughts.

That tow to charge would put quite the load on the RV, not to mention the Rivian's weight. May want to check that against your tow rating.

For us the Bolt comes awfully close to our weight limits towing (sadly due to a wimpy 5,000 lb hitch).

I really really want a Rivian but its just too far out of my comfort zone on price. They're STARTING at 70k. I barely was able to convince my wife that I needed the 60k GT I reserved. They're super impressive though, but once I got thinking about the add-ons that I want (camper bed, pull out kitchen, bike mounts) I'm fairly certain I'd be in the 80k range

I used to think a $60K car would be way too expensive for me, and yet here we are. So maybe someday that Rivian won't be out of my price range, either. ??

Well, I just configured my pre-order on the R1T. I prefer the looks of the MME, but the specs of the Rivian are impressive. Although I’m somewhat torn, the rest of my family is voting for the Rivian.
