I just got my 2023 GT in Dec 2022 and was looking on the ford website and it says i have BlueCruise for 3 years.
I could be wrong about this but isn't it supposed to included with the GT indefinitely, not just for 3 years?

It's a 3 year subscription included in the purchase price of the new vehicle. After that expires, we will have to pay another subscription.

Yes 3 years free then you pay. Its because to keep blue cruise active they have to constantly update your in car maps and map roads which costs money.

Your normal hands on lane centering will work forever, no subscription needed. Well...at least as of now lol.

One day, probably not far from now, it'll be a steering wheel subscription.

Or a pay to unlock the vehicle to even be able to get in and drive. LOL... I know, don't give them any ideas! 🤣

Haha yeah, I can see it coming to the point were Ford or any automobile manufacturer will charge you MORE for the "Hands On" experience and charge less for "Hands Free" experience.

It will be $50 a month charge for the "Hands On" driving which will give you the privilege of having a steering wheel in your vehicle but if you're just a pleb you only have to pay $20 a month for the "Hands Free" option but they remove the steering wheel! lol

That would be awesome and so dystopian at the same time.

Anyone see it listed anywhere what we will pay when the 3 years is up?

I wonder if Ford will change their mind and just give it to the original owner as long as you own the car.

That’s how it should be. Then the next buyer can pay to reactivate if they like.

$200 a year has been mentioned around the forums. I believe that stems from an older article published by Ford in April of 2021. I don't believe there has been any mention from Ford on what the current cost will be after the 3 year subscription ends.

Here is the link to the article from Ford media mentioning the cost but as I said it is a bit out dated.
