2023 Mach-E New Color: Vapor Blue Metallic

Need to see it on an actual car since manufacturers are incapable of making a render that's close to the real color for some reason.

Nice to see carbonized grey is back though, that's a good shade and way better Than that dark matter metallic.

My sentiments exactly. I guessed and just tried to visualize on the IBSM since the Infinite Blue got discontinued (which I would have got). I wouldn't trust the renderings.

We know the tax credit will be phasing out
We know the charging isn't going to improve
We can be sure, no new features will added.

It's a hard value in 2023 is all I'm saying. It's not like 2021 when if was this, ID4 or a model Y as our only option.

It’s true that 2021 buyers benefited greatly, Ford’s price cut in 2020 before the launch and the $2,000 options cash/0.9% purchase financing offer were unnecessary and overly generous - Ford didn’t realize how much of a hit they had on their hands.

But it can still be a good value, if not a great one, depending on the price hikes.

On top of that, a lot of this is inflation. If every car is seeing a relatively big price hike for 2023, it doesn’t change the value proposition for the Mach-E as much.

I have infinite blue too. It's kinda impossible to really tell from the small graphic, I just thought they looked similar.

I guess the color renditions are tough to see. After enlarging both I see the similarities. The Infinite Blue looked off until I enlarged it. Vapor Blue Metallic is darker.

In the blow ups the vapor Blue Metallic looks a bit green to me. Disclaimer, i was drinking the green label Bulliet earlier.

I'm really surprised there's no green as well. Maybe a Bullitt special edition is in the works.

I’ve asked for bullitt green since I first join and got my ‘21 PREM IMB. Please dark Hunter green with yellow calipers.

No kidding. They also had a decent “Performance Blue” IIRC a while back, but if I could pick any car color I really like Honda’s Aegean Blue.

Too bad we couldn’t pick from the Shelby ICE mustang colors, that oil slick blue purple looked awesome (and ironic in a cool way if put on an electric car), but even that ICE mustang has a decent green (eruption), which you would think some kind of green should be available on just about anything with Mustang in the name, let alone an electric one.
