BTW, wife still isn't sold on this new Vapor Blue Metallic. Are there any cars on lots, even if not a Mustang Mach E, that we should be able to see this color in person?

I had the same problem with the Space White I'm taking over. My sales guy looked in the system and it turned out a dealership down the road had an F-150 in that color so I could see it on *something*. It really did help. I'm not sure what other vehicles this color is available on. The Space White was only the Mach-E and the F-150 in my situation.

Original order date - 3/22/22 and the website got updated this morning to indicate build date of 10/31/22.

I placed my order at the end of August for a 2023 Premium AWD SR and got my vin number and a build date of November 14th yesterday from Ford chat.
Anybody with any guesses on how long it takes from build date to the car reaching the dealership? I am wondering with a mid November build date is there maybe some miracle chance I might get my car prior to the end of the year which would be fantastic. Would maybe secure the $7,500 tax credit and give me a good shot at the $4,000 Illinois rebate as well if somehow I got the car before the end of the year.

I'm not sure why Ford is building August orders before they build March and February orders.

I Think the 2024 Mustang GT photos are the same Vapor blue? I think that's the best proxy we'll get until the '23s start shipping.

curious, what is your VIN range? Doesn't need to be precise, just wondering since you are one of the 11/21 orders now, wondering if you are in a 10000 number or something? It might tell us if they opened the other assembly line as to how many are being processed. I think the first week they went up to around 5000?

I assume its just the last digits of the VIN??? If so, 3200

that's weird because a VIN number of the 3500 range was posted for 10/31 week build. Would have thought it would be sequential to the build. So someone that gets the #1 car could be built anytime this month and not first off the line?
