2023 MachE and Activation does not work and Ford Engineers working on it for 75 days ???

What a disgusting Support from Ford Team + Dealership I brought Ford MachE2023 on Nov 30 2022. Jan 20th 2023 Ford Activation Died . Cannot do anything on the car.

Called Ford Customer care multiple times and Feb 13th they ask to Reset Factory ,settings. this Killed Completely.

From them on Ford Engineers dont respond, Dealership says Catalog does not have details what to do.

Contact Center says different menu options that are not on the Car 4.1. version.
Cannot Update, Such a disgrace, in 120 days my car is use less for 70 days.

Yeah coming on here to complain is not going to help. Nothing of what you said makes any sense of the issue you're experiencing.

You need to be detailed about the issue, and coming in hot like that, might be why you're having a hard time fixing an issue.
