I chatted with Ford as well. I received Railcar number for Norfolk Southern Corp. Ford gave the same delivery dates as what is listed on My Ford. I called Norfolk Southern Corp and found it departed today on a flatcar at 11:23 a.m. from Missouri.

I just saw the entire thread on this. Your car is headed to Jacksonville. Them it will likely be trucked to your dealer. This step is not easily trackable but it won't take long.

How did you figure out the Jacksonville destination?

I heard from my dealer, next stop is Jack Cooper Transport on a truck to my dealer.

How did you figure out the Jacksonville destination?

NS (Norfolk Southern) brings all deliveries to Jacksonville FL unless by boat from Veracrus to JAX. So get your railcar # and then go to the first page of tracking and do the call in 800 and give it your railcar # to see where the train is. After JAX it will be a truck to your dealer.

Has anyone received their order? What did you end up paying? Your ORIGINAL msrp, or the $2k early year increase MSRP?

I know we should should have a $750 price protection from the 2021 to 2022 model year, but I'm not clear if we have price protection against the $2k increase.

I ordered my car in February so whatever the costs were then is what I'm paying.

Still don't see any updates on the order track website. Says delivered in Birmingham for 2 weeks now.

Try a "chat" on the Ford site. The chatbot gave me the railcar number which I use to get updates. My car is currently experiencing Tennessee.

More movement on my car! Its now in Ohio, its travelled 6.5 hours yesterday we are making great progress! Coming to NC

I highly recommend chatting and getting your rail car information once your car arrives in KC!

Mine got to Birmingham today/last night. Messaged with Ford chat and they said that it isn't scheduled to be picked up until May 13th and then dealer ETA is May 19th. I'm only 7.5 hours away in Milwaukee, WI.

There are no updates on the ordertrack.app for me. It is still in ASN. Ford Chat said it is in Internati, MO and will be delivered to the dealer on 5/12. Also gave the railcar number. It is on the Kansas City Southern Railway (AOK)
