Been driving like 30-40 miles each day since I got my FE AWD, and it still says 190-200 miles after 100% charge. Shouldn’t it be like 270? Should I be worried? Lowest charge I’ve gotten it to is 78% so far, and I’m using the mobile charger until on 120v to recharge until I can get a 240v plug in my garage.

Did you ever reset the driver history? What's the temperature outside?
Keep in mind that you're looking at a pessimistic "Guess-O-Meter" that tries to estimate range based on your driving habits, the temperature, and other factors.... It's notoriously pessimistic and might not reflect your real range. No, you should not be worried at all.

Try not charging it every day to see how far it will go until empty. (Very near empty) Don’t run out of juice.

I did not reset, any quick tip on where to find this setting. I got it with 57 miles on it, so folks may have given it quite a wild time before me ? it's been like 45-50 outside (pacific northwest)

First Ev, so I'm too range anxious to do this, but I know what you are saying...

My FE is up to 210 miles on a full charge. Our temps here have only gotten up to 55f. When I picked up the car when it was 3f outside the car only showed 140 mile range. And that was after a reset.

Its been slowly ticking up for me as its been warming back up.

thank you! for folks searching for this, summary is here - going to go do it now! :)

To reset the vehicle's driver history settings, go to the home screen and tap the vehicle icon in the top left corner, then tap Settings > Vehicle > EV Driving History Reset.
Also, what trip miles per kWh (mi/kWh) are you getting? Since you haven't drained your battery yet, you can use this value to extrapolate (multiply by the usable battery capacity of 88 kWh).

Seems like it’s 2.4m/kWh, that’s low right?

It will continue to get better. Like one of the other posters said mind your kWh. 3.1 gets you to 270. It's almost like playing a game. I have been about to stay above 3.0 except for last night in the cold rain and it was 2.5.

^^ This is a great suggestion.

Take some sort of meaningful drive that represents your normal use case scenario and when you reach your destination then pull up this screen. Take the number you see here and multiply x 88. This screen shot comes from my FE. This trip was mostly highway driving at 68-72 mph.

Is this some high speed driving? If so, then it might be fairly normal based on your temps.
The cabin heater is the single most energy hungry item on the vehicle (except the drive motors of course....)

This is your first EV? Cool.
When I get some more wheel time with my car, I will try and create a post with helpful tips for ways to drive this car for maximum range. I have learned some stuff already but not enough to make any definitive statements just yet. It's coming though..... :)

Where are you spending your time driving? I presume a fair amount of I-5, 520, I-90, I-405? We haven't gotten above 47 degrees in the past two weeks, so you're going to see lower numbers, especially if you have e-Heat on. Highway takes a hit and the cold exaggerates it. The Mach E definitely does better with city driving. My first post charge reading was 224 (from 25%), second was 217 (from 17%) and a quick look at Ford Pass App indicates I'm on track for 247 on the current charge (at 53%) I've settled into a more calming Whisper mode and gotten past my need to "test" the exuberant acceleration. I prefer the seat and steering wheel warmers over e-Heat unless my wife is in the car. Be patient, you'll get there. I'm convinced the car is capable. This morning I got 3.5 Mi/KWH on a 10 mile trip mix of city and highway. If that sticks that comes out to 277 (assuming 10% battery remaining). The lifetime average of the car at this point is 2.8, which is 224.
