4.1.2 Owners Manual Not Working

Since the 4.1.2 update (and with several hard resets) the owners manual app shows this error. Anyone else experiencing this? Suggestions? Hoping I don’t need a Master reset.

Yep! Mine too; just received 4.1.2 yesterday and the owner's manual doesn't work. They did integrate a new "feedback" system though, where you can voice record the issue and send it through the car which is what I did.

Yep, same here. Was about to post a question about this but fortunately searched first and saw this. Not sure what’s up. I was actually trying to search the manual for door chime settings but saw there was no manual, but then saw posts about the light switch issue which fixed the problem.

Same issue on my Feb 2022 build. No manual available.

Seems like this affects everyone. They will probably fix it in a future OTA. Nothing we can do about it for now.

Same for me. Owner's Manual on Sync4A screen appears to function as expected. Not sure what PU I am on. The updated UI was a couple PUs ago. Most recent one said something about connecting to public WiFi. Was that 4.1.2?
