The master reset is the last step before they pull the fuses to put it into shipping mode, which means you really shouldn't be too far off. I have yet to get reset so at this point I'm going for a world record highest odometer before it even leaves the factory. currently at 27 miles and counting

I was at 24 miles before my link was severed.

My car got to the dealer Wednesday. I just traded emails with my salesman and talked to the head of sales. It was reassuring to hear that that they “WILL NOT be selling your car out from under you.” (All caps theirs from the email.)

No need to buy it now or send any more money to keep holding it. We just wait.

Yesterday at 2:00 pm, my dealership received the delivery of my vehicle. Unfortunately, they can't sell me the car like everyone else, but they assured me that they'll fix it right away as the recall repair is available. They promised to have the automobile for a maximum of two weeks. Hope that's accurate!

Excellent news and not surprised given my experience there. I wonder when those of us who got our cars will get the update. Probably after you I’m guessing.

Update: I haven't got any email yet, but the status page at ford.com now shows "built" in the order status with an estimated delivery date. It still says "In Production" at the top...

Damn I really am gonna be the last one out of all the 4/11-4/18 groups. I don't know if they do much shipping on sunday but if they do you should be getting your shipped notice tomorrow if all goes well!

My car was shipped on 5/7. Scheduled for delivery 8/24-8/30. Yay

I had the same with mine...almost 5 miles put on it just on Thursday. Figuring they are putting the GTs that were held up since April through extra testing (new HVBJB installed, perhaps?). Or they sent their interns on Krispy Kreme runs (there is a KK just outside of the factory). Finally got my "Built" e-mail Saturday night. Waiting on my "Shipped" e-mail.

At least they charged yours up!

I don't remember how many miles my last new car had on it, but I think it was under 25. I got curious as to what is acceptable, so I pulled this off of Car and Driver.

I tell you if my car comes in with 50+ miles on it, I'm gonna be a little upset. I mean.... I'll still take it, but I'll probably be thinking really angrily in my head as I drive away.

It's not even so much the number of miles on it, it's the 30+ trips into the factory. What could they possibly be doing to it at this point?? No way it's hit a production line spot that many times, either it's waiting on parts or it isn't, and then seeing successive weeks cars with identical builds sent out. This whole process would be so much more tolerable if there was even the slightest communication for us.

Mine had 25km/15 miles. I would definitely not be happy with 50 miles on the odometer of a “New” car.

Fellow 4/11 Build Week (Batch 5303) with an exciting update. I received that notice below via email on 5/6 from Ford that my car was shipped and the timeline was 6/23-6/29.

Well my dealer rep (who is great btw) called me today to inform me that the dealership had received the car! Two days earlier than predicted, shocking, I know! Of course the fates do not like the idea of me getting my ME earlier than expected so due to Recall 22S41, I agreed with the dealer that they should hold onto it in order to fix the issue whenever that happens. She's so close, yet so far, but I do take comfort in knowing she isn't stuck in some railyard or shipment facility.
