Look at it this way. I ordered TWO months before you and my expected delivery date is only a week or 2 before yours. So you are doing a lot better than many of us.C) Getting the car has taken ALOT longer than expected. My order was confirmed Monday, December 20, 2021 and delivery will be between Saturday, August 20, 2022 and Friday, August 26, 2022. That is a whopping 8 months or 35+ weeks from order to delivery and is still two months away from today!
Go to the reservation page. I haven't received an email but it showed up built with an estimated delivery window on the reservations page.I'm Batch 6267, 194/450, modules are populated, my status hasn't changed on the tracker yet, but I'm expecting that email any minute now!
i'm 06/302 on batch 6235 and I'm in production now. probably built now since I have the option to activate my car from the fordpass app lolHas anyone seen any activity on batches 6235 or 6267 yet?
US Fed tax credit is discussed at length in many other threads. Current speculation is that Ford will exceed their 200,000 EV units sold in the US in 2022Q3 (July-Sept 2022). If so, $7500 amount remains in affect until New Years 2023, when it drops by half for 2 quarters. Then, 1 July 2023 it drops to 1/4 for 2 quarters (end of calendar 2023). When one buys the MME determines the amount of the potential tax credit. Your own tax obligation for that tax year determines whether you get any of that tax credit. Spending bill had extension and additional $4500 credit proposal, but again, it looks like Congress will continue to be paralyzed on this subject. Price rise for 2023MY seems as highly likely, as "significant updates" does not, IMHO. A cynical guess would say that Ford will take no orders for CR1 or Premium MME in 2023. thus emphasizing Select and GT models. These 2 month estimates from built to delivery are depressing. The only potential positive is that I could bail and order a 23 if there are significant updates (though probably lose the credit and pay more....hmm).
