I reserved a dealer stock order that was built 7/15. Still no ship date. I think they may have de-prioritized dealer stock orders.

Here is some update on my case so that you can do your roast calculation on your dates. Premium model RW ER white color. It was ordered on Feb. 26 with a production on July 09. Then it went on to wait for the chip. Yesterday the ETA was updated to Nov. 04. Today I wake up with a Build date of September 20 (yesterday) and a shipping date of September 21 (today). I hope to get my hands on it in a month or sooner. The destination is Atlanta. If someone has already had a delivery experience similar to mine please let me know how long it takes to arrive after the shipping date. I hope this information helps you.

I'm thinking Ford was pressed to send a lot of Mach-Es to Europe per Darren's video for emmissions compliance so maybe yours was specced originally to get sent out (why the delay), then they probably sent enough now and from other posts, seems to ramping up delivery.

Is the "receipt date" the order date? Trying to get a frame of reference here. And hey, at least they are still building the damn things.
Yep! Reservation was made in 2020, converted to order April 2021

Congrats on production start. My GT-PE reservation was supposed to be next week but got pushed back to the following week. Blue GT-PE with blue roof no other options.

This is anecdotal but thought it might be fun to post it here.

Ford built 17,692 units between Feb. 24, 2020 and June 18, 2021 (I believe that covers all available trims). That is 481 days (including Sundays) or 1,104 vehicles every 30 days. Not entirely useful info without knowing A) total number of outstanding orders and B) where you might be in the queue but it provides me with a small sense of comfort. With these wait times it feels like they are building like one or two cars a month ?

Of course now with the windshield and glass roof recall, we might see yet another production delay.

Anyone seen the additional 250kWh credited to your account?

Mine didn't show the extra energy, so I decided to call Ford and ask. Over an hour later, and they are still "checking on it". It's clear the people I am talking to have absolutely no clue about this email.

Has anyone else called Ford about this and had success getting the credit?

Edit: She finally got a hold of the Mach-E team and was told that they are still working on crediting customers with the additional 250kWh. She said that if I do not see them by end of next week to call back. If that does become necessary, I have a case # to reference to hopefully save a lot of time.

I noticed the other day in the Ford Pass app that it showed Charging App Balance of 500kWh.

Reviving this delay credit topic again. I have finally received my MME. I previously received an email with the 250kwh of charging. I activated my Ford Charging Network account. This appears to be a two yr trial that starts with 250 of free charging. Add to that the 250 from the delay and I assume I should have 500kwh in there. I am only seeing the 250 that comes with the activation. Am I correct to assume that I'm short 250?

I have an even simpler question. How do I activate or see my account? Can’t find any help or info in the app. It just links me to a webpage that doesn’t work.

I click the link in the first pic and it takes me to an error page.

My extra 250KW showed up like 2 days later after signing up. It shows 500KW now. I got the email too but actually got my Mach E on time and still got the extra 250.
