order date July, 21 2022, delivery date is planed for Dec. 10

As of today status remains built, modules populated, tear tag confirmed. Still awaiting shipment, estimated delivery 11/6-11/12

Curious to see if that time table is accurate, mine is still waiting to ship and have an ETA of 10/22 to Chicago.

Fingers crossed…it says shipped everywhere. I expect a lot of delays….

Shipped as well! ETA - 10/27 - 11/02 - I think this waiting period is going to be worse than waiting for the car to get built. So close - yet so far.
How long do you suppose the dealer prep will be? and will they update the car with all available updates prior to releasing the car?

Are you sure the color is Space Gray? I don’t see that listed as a color option for 2022.

I feel you pain for long reach. one thing be careful here is your house dryer outlet might not be capable for EV charging as the mobile charger is taking 32 A continually for 8 to 10 A to charge up you car. those outlet in household are not capable to handle those and it will burn (many youtube videos talk about it ). you will need a industrial grade NEMA 14-50 outlet (I bought Bryan 9450 FR, some other brand are close to 100$ these days ) and you better also get 50 A circuit breaker in panel. you current circuit breaker might be 30A only which is not enough for mobile charger. again, I am not electrician (I am indeed a PhD in electrical engineering ...lol ). my suggestion is getting licensed electrician to check out your setup.

However, I purchased the 24A Splitvolt charger that is paired with the 24Amp SplitVolt unit on a dedicated 30A line (80% load). I specifically chose a NEMA 10-30 outlet so the 32A Ford Mobile Charger (14-50 plug) could not accidentally be plugged into the 30Amp circuit and overload it.

Installed everything today, some pictures below of the setup.

Side-benefit - I can unplug and bring the SplitVolt Charger with me when I travel, so if I encounter a 30A dryer socket (like at someone's house), I can use it without worry.

I was just wondering what would happen if I press that activation thing in ford app. The car will start and auto drive to my house ? ? from my house to ford plant in Mexico , it is 910 miles with almost 17 hr drive , lol ?
