Aftermarket steering wheel change -- options / recommendations?

Hello guys, first I want to thank everyone who gets involved in this forum. I found a lot of valuable information here.
I want to ask for your help in another problem that I personally identified.
In order to sit comfortably behind the wheel, I need to put the steering wheel a little lower, which prevents me from seeing the entire display behind the steering wheel, which is quite small in size. I regret enormously the fact that the Headup display was not installed on this car. I am looking for a variant that shows the speed and some other information on the board. I thought about a YOKE steering wheel, but I don't know how I can adapt the controls from the steering wheel to the new steering wheel. Or convert the original steering wheel in a Yoke one…
Please help me with ideas in this direction.

Just adjust the steering wheel tilt so the display is inside the opening at the top of the wheel. Like this:

Yes it is. And for me it is very comfortable to drive with the steering wheel a little bit lower. And even a small part of them if it overlaps with the display is not ok for me (the groun speed is on the right side) and I must move all the time to catch all the display...
For the beghining, I have looked for an after-market head up display, but I don’t find one to looking good with the Mach E interior design…

Another very-very annoying situation is the mmi's reaction speed. I have the latest software version for Europe. I waste a lot of time watching the pages load. it takes all my attention away from driving, which is not normal for a car from 2022. Maybe my car in particular has a problem, I'll put a video below. on much older cars, the mmi moves much faster.

if it is not resolved within a reasonable time frame, I will have to sue them!

Do you know a technical solution for this issue?
I am desperate to solve this problem, no matter if I have to pay some extra-money for this, only to solve it.
Imagine that I have GT version and all my friends laugh when they see how “fast” is the mmi…

I know the latest updates feel a bit snappier, but it's kind of a sad reality that the processor they used for the Sync 4A is underpowered for what they are using it for, it hasn't really been a huge deal for me, especially after the more recent updates, which do take longer to get in Europe unfortunately.

do you know if I have the possibility to do the conversion?
I am interested to use the American software. I am aware that I will lose some thing,( European thing).
But from all points of view, the American software seems to be better.

Not likely without a ton of hassle, but I could be wrong.
