Any suggestions regarding the NJ $5k rebate?

Start the application by 3/15 and hope the car arrives quick before they ask for the documentation?

I can't believe this, but I might miss the 3/15 deadline by like a week or so. Tracker says car is shipped, but estimated delivery is 3/23!!!!!

Dealership is All-American Ford in Paramus, by the way. Bought two cars from them so far ('17 Edge new at the time, '18 Fusion Sport CPO in 2019), would probably rate them an 8 out of 10. I haven't talked to them about X-plan yet, but I do not suspect any push back from them.

It might be worth contacting the person at NJ Clean Energy mentioned in the screwed by NJ thread (Ann King) and explain your situation. They may allow you to start the application process on Mar 15 and complete it by Mar 31, as long as your car comes in the window...

Thanks guys.... fingers crossed for an early delivery!!!!

I think I'm 90% sure I'm going to purchase the car either way, but an extra $5k rebate would certainly be a cherry on top!

I also checked the tracker and it looks like their 2 FCTP units were delivered on Wednesday. So in theory they have 3 Mach E's available for test drive.

Delivery for most has been prior to the ETA. I was two weeks early.

To me it looks like this program actually paying out is a hope and not a guarantee. Was noted that they said you can file, guess you wont know until you actually try claim it and receive it.

Yes, my MSRP is $50,800 (Premium AWD, Standard Range Battery). I have not started an application yet, but just left a voicemail for Ann King from the NJ program today (they are off for the President's Day holiday). I'll keep everyone posted when they get back to me.

In the meantime, I hope your hunch is right about the car being delivered two weeks early!

Sadly, it is not mine. On closer inspection that is a Select. Miller confirmed as much, but I do have a test drive scheduled for next weekend so, I’ll take that. 3/5 will be here before I know.

Not sure but wheels and trim on the silver look like a select. Did you order a premium?
