Right.....if only I had thought of that....the issue is, the dealership I selected is about 1.5hrs away from my house. When I first selected the dealership during the Mach E ordering process, I chose it because at that time I thought I would be living in that town. (I ordered in November 2019). I knew I'd be moving from Massachusetts to Virginia, but wasn't quite sure which town. Turns out, I ended up buying a house no where near the dealership. Apparently, it's too late to change dealerships. I work about 12-14 hours a day, so the last thing I have time for is driving 1.5hrs in the opposite direction to a dealership, just so they can blow me off in person. Sorry for the rant.

I would definately write up a bad review on Google, Yelp, etc too. At least I look at those things as input before picking where I go.

The Honolulu Marathon runs on the second Sunday in December just for that reason.

Really!? Hmm! and Wooo hooo! (haven't heard from my dealer yet but this gives me hope LOL).

I think there are so few of this trimline that Ford might be plugging them in early to keep the assembly line at the proper speed. Or the guy on the club forum could have been wrong.

Yes I added it to Ford Pass and did the vehicle setup! I have not searched for the owners manual yet (work meetings).

I did not set up departure times cause I’m working from home until July.

From what I've gathered in the video: The configuration info in the phone sync's to the car when you pair the phone with the car:
