I’ve seen picture of Instrument Panels displaying an orange snowflake (with temperature?) indicating potential icy road conditions. I’ve never seen this indicator on my Job 1 vehicle and we’ve had temperatures down into the teens (Fahrenheit, below zero centigrade). On other Fords I’ve had with an icy roads indicator, it would have illuminated.
Does anyone with a Job 1 car have the indicator? Do I need to whine about this or wait for an OTA?

No it comes with the IPC update coming with the BC update...hopefully soon...

I honestly wish you could turn it off. I can look at the damn temp myself.

I just don’t like to miss out on anything ?

You bring up an important point though - I wish the IP were configurable - like Apple Watch faces.

I agree with this. At least it's not an audible alert. My wife's RAV4 Prime plays a chime and pops up a warning every time the temp is below 37F. That's every day for about 5 months straight.

I won’t have to worry - lamp will burn out! Ice from Oct to April.

Yeah it's kinda silly to us northerners where it will be on continuously for months at a time. I can see ice out the window just fine. I'd rather it be a cold battery temp warning light.

I guess I’ll have to get the dealer to change the bulb when I take it in for the pano/windshield then ?

It's part of the screen, no bulb. Perhaps you could affix a tiny piece of electrical tape over it.

Same fix for those people that don't want to see the GOM. :)

Odd, I have never seen this on mine, and you can bet it's been plenty icey up here the last few months and I've actually slid some that caused traction control to come on. Definitely not complaining about no snowflake though haha

IIRC, the three or so times that I have seen that icon is when I first start up the car after sitting overnight in my driveway with temps in the 30s or low 40s. Each time there was also an alert that said the forward camera needed to be cleaned.

I presume the moisture settled onto the camera lens with the drop in temperature. Once I backed out of the driveway and drove through the neighborhood for a few hundred yards then the icon would disappear.
