Any tips/tricks to activating "BlueOval™ Charge Network"?

Is the BEV support the only way to get BlueOval™ Charge Network active so I can setup plug and charge or is 8+ days normal for pending activation?

Been at "activation pending" greater than the 1-4 days the tooltip suggests and all of the other connected services are active already. All other connected services are active already.

I had a thought that maybe I should remove and re-add my payment method but haven't tried that yet.

(mini rant) I sat through 20 minutes waiting in the chat support only to be given a phone number "for the BEV team" (spoiler, it wasn't). Sat through 30 minutes being bounced around the phone support to 5 different people being told I was being forwarded to the BEV team (I wasn't). At this point I asked them to verify that I was not just being sent back to the same loop of a new person to tell me they were forwarding me to the BEV team. That is when I was told that I should call before 5PM because it looks like the BEV department is closed for the business day. I also had to ask which time zone because it wasn't 5PM for me 🤔

Yeah, I'm having a different issue but maybe useful to you. I have the BlueOval Network Active but when I go to use it at a charging station. I get an error message. After talking with FordPass, they said I need to speak with Marketing (BlueOval Charge team). I called the Marketing team and since my vehicle was used, they said that they don't show me as the owner. I asked the bill of sale doesn't nor my vehicle registration. Why does the FordPass show me as the owner but BlueOval Charge does not. Any how I have a call to the dealership where I purchased the vehicle and waiting to hear back from them. This registration is stupid. I even told the person that I can show them the bill of sale. So frustrating that I need to do all this work and they just need to "push a button" for it to work. Like they are losing a service that is already active!

It wasn't until I took mine in for dealer work that "Ford' showed me as a owner. Almost 2 months after it was in for the recalls etc it finally activated under my name. 2 months is inexcusable really.
