Is the BEV support the only way to get BlueOval™ Charge Network active so I can setup plug and charge or is 8+ days normal for pending activation?
Been at "activation pending" greater than the 1-4 days the tooltip suggests and all of the other connected services are active already. All other connected services are active already.
I had a thought that maybe I should remove and re-add my payment method but haven't tried that yet.
(mini rant) I sat through 20 minutes waiting in the chat support only to be given a phone number "for the BEV team" (spoiler, it wasn't). Sat through 30 minutes being bounced around the phone support to 5 different people being told I was being forwarded to the BEV team (I wasn't). At this point I asked them to verify that I was not just being sent back to the same loop of a new person to tell me they were forwarding me to the BEV team. That is when I was told that I should call before 5PM because it looks like the BEV department is closed for the business day. I also had to ask which time zone because it wasn't 5PM for me
