Any way to for a wire lead from the Frunk to underneath the car

Want to wire some white LEDs (designed and wrote copy for Oznium.com) back in the day and had an idea to run from a USB battery bank in the frunk to underneath the car. Not seeing any straight forward access, even through the side light openings. The drain plug seems a no go either.

Any ideas, or has anyone gotten a 12v wire from the Frunk underneath?

Trying to avoid wiring underneath the car, snaking it through and zip-ties if possible

It’s very easy to remove the frunk completely. There’s a thread or two on the DIY area. Once the frunk is out you’ll have access to the 12V battery and easy access to run wires to the underside of the car.
