It appears there have been two OTA updates now, one on 18 March and one on 8 April. I haven’t gotten either, yet Sync in my car keeps claiming it’s “up to date”. Is there any way to force the car to go through an update cycle?

Those are both the same update. Somebody just decided to create another thread when they got the update on 4/8. If Ford hasn’t authorized your VIN to get the update yet, there‘s nothing you can do to force it. But you’re not missing anything. It’s just an update to the gateway module.

Best we can do is to continue creating new threads to help drown out the old, very informative ones.

This will help the time pass while you're waiting for an OTA update, so that you can restart your timer as we all impatiently await the next update.

You aren’t going to know the answer if you don’t ask the question ?
