Seems like there are server issues again. How many are affected and unable to update the car status in the app and start climate etc?
Started yesterday evening for me. Has been reliable for me until then

So I went on the chat support this morning. They were no help. They said to call FordPass on the phone.

I went to go shopping. Car wasn’t connecting. So I went out to my car and was phoning from there. While on hold (before talking to anyone) I did a reboot of the screen in the car (again!) and after it came back up it started working with the app again.

Likely just a coincidence, so maybe try rebooting your screen (with vol down + next track) and see what that does today.

Are you on the latest version of the Ford Pass app?

Has your phone's operating system been updated recently?

Are you using a beta version of your phone's operating system?

Have you asked a friend or family with a different phone to test the Ford Pass app to see if they access to your car?

PAAK has been working for me. I'm using an iPhone 14 Pro Max on iOS 18.1 (non-beta).

Have you checked the Play store to see if there is an update for the Ford Pass app? Unless we get other Android users to chime and say that they're having a problem, it's really hard to tell if it's a widespread Ford Pass or something isolated to a specific segment of user.

I lost PaaK connectivity after most recent security patch (Verizon Samsung S24+). At least one other forum member has had same experience.

Refreshes fine and PAAK has been good all day today.

Had issues last night with my iPhone. iOS 18.1.1. Last night it pausing my charging, plugged in at home. Issues resolved by itself after about an hour.
