I have had troubles with my center console graying out intermittently for the last six months after several modules were updated and blue cruise was loaded at my dealer on my 21 premium. took 3 months for them to get an error code and now it has been 2 months back ordered. any one else had this problem? Little frustrated with Ford in that they can put new mache's out but cannot send an IPIM to me. otherwise have been very happy with it and have driven it from Iowa to New York several times without problems.
