App Not Working As It Should

Anyone else having problems with their app? I set up charging schedules and they don't work. I have also set up departure times and they don't work either. What am I doing wrong?

Did you sign up for the Ford Connected Services Blue Oval Charge Network? You MAY need to sign up for that first.

Are you able to set up the charging schedules from the app or are you doing it in the vehicle? I USED to be able to do it within the app, but for some reason, that is now greyed out and I can't do that. NOR is it showing my charging history..

For each location, make sure you select "Use preferred charge settings" and not "Charge when plugged in".

It’s a mess. The only app I know that gets less functional as you update it
