... arrived at the Land of Oz ???

Have I reached ??? ... or about to enter the Land of Oz ??? ... will I be able to cruise into the Land of Oz with a fully functional BlueCruise ??? .... Out to nowhere this afternoon, on my FordPass I was notified that I am about the receive Ford's PowerUp update v. 2.8.1 ... I ran to the car, followed the instructions and now I am nervously waiting for the "up to 145 minutes" to complete finalize the update.

PS: Update completed ... not quite at Land of Oz yet for this was only v.2.8.1 ... I think I need two or three more updates to puff the magic Dragon...

Close, you still need 2.8.2 and maybe a few others so perhaps in the next few days. Keep driving the car 10-15 minutes and then parking it for an hour to allow updates to download and apply.
