Page 2 of the bulletin says soon:

In addition to your dealer being able to update vehicles now using FDRS, Ford Power-Up software deployment will occur in several phases, scheduled to begin mid-July and continue through mid-August.

Maybe Ford likes to underpromise, overdeliver like their range estimates?

Just a reminder, if you install the updates yourself, your vehicle will still show the recall open on Oasis. Some people on here mentioned some companies (other car dealers, etc) wouldn't purchased their vehicle from them with an open recall. Fyi. Usually best to have dealer do it real quick so the recall is closed out under your VIN

They have to figure something out with this one, since they're specifically stating you can get it OTA. It might clear after it attempts the OTA and verifies that the modules are updated to the correct software.
