My dealer called my wife and said we need to bring in the Mach-e for a Battery Energy Control Module Software Update, but I installed the major update on Aug 11 that included the recall 22S41 and 22S29 battery software. Is anyone else still having to take their Mach-e into the dealer for another update?

Yes, the dealer said they would need to install it due to Ford not being able to verify the install. The update took a whole day--good luck.

I had this problem as well it did what it said was OTA update for this module software but dealer said according to ford computer system it was showing it wasn't updated yet so I took the car to the dealership and sure enough they pluged into the car and it hadn't updated so they did it again and this time it's in there
