I keep hoping those Francis Energy Allsup DCFCs finally get installed around the state. There's a bunch planned, but we've already been waiting a year so far. We live north of Denver and have been doing a lot of road trips (usually to Vegas), but I'm always looking at other things to see where we can tack on a few extra days (flying sucks during COVID so we're heavy into road trips now). We're thinking of looping down to see Carlsbad Caverns, but we really need those Allsup chargers to open first.

Looks like two of those Allsups DCFCs finally opened (Carrizozo and Clines Corners). Hopefully more follow soon (especially Roswell and Carlsbad).

Even though they say 60 kW, people are saying the Clines Corners ones are only 62 amp, thus ~24kW on a 400V EV. One Mach-E reported only getting 15kW. And it's 31c/min. Ouch.

People are reporting the Carrizozo one is getting closer to 50kW though. Still weak but not super terrible like the other one.
