Hi! for the V2 front lip, I can't remember the exact number, but I believe its around 2-3 inches.

Really want the GT Style Roof Spoiler, but worried about how it will hold up in Canadian climates.

From what I saw, it is only held in place with adhesive? Is there any risk of it falling off due to very cold, ice/snow? Or going to sitting in the sun in the summer?

we haven't heard a case of it falling off, we applied a massive amount of tape on the roof spoiler.
and it looks very nice on Mach E!
