I seem to have a growing pile of mods and repairs as I go on down the road with my ePony 'EVKARMA', so I thought I would start a thread to act as an index to the various mods, workarounds, fixes, and enhancements to put together a rough index to various mods as an index to specific threads.

- removed front lic.plate bracket and plugged holes - cosmetic
- added charge port sticker, purely cosmetic

- purchased ODB2 BT reader to show desired runtime data susch as actual power (kw) output/regen with CarScanner phone App. I really wanted to see power in kW output/regen real-time... and found that the CarScanner phone App has customizable display for whatever data you want from ODB2. https://www.macheforum.com/site/thr...display-all-phone-apps-like-carscanner.20913/

- dealt with center screen FAILURE due to heat. replaced under warranty, led to adding modified screen/phone organizer mod in August-2022.
April 2021- problems getting PAAK to work FINALLY resolved with un-install, re-install, and product updates
July 2021

- added Jack Lift Pads to prevent battery rail damage at tire shop, dealership, etc.... There are a couple ways to do it. I used modified Tesla pucks that press in. - OEM tires replaced (at 18k miles!) with Continental ExtremeContact DWS 06 Plus 245/55ZR18 which is basically =+1 on width and keeping original diameter, and fits perfectly on my 8.5" Enkie TSV wheels .... a little added width is a really a great performance mod. not much clearance on calipers, but using 'short' weights for balancing works.
- original HVBJB finally puked... got remove/replace done in 10 days with cooperation from Dealership once the need for replacement was verified by Diagnostic codes thrown in 'SVS', and ordered via COPIS process .
